i dont know if you are swedish as you dont show a location but my comments are based on UK cc rules & google searches plus my own experience. ''your reality may differ'' but hey anythings worth a try .

I finally got burned by TW, but PayPal fixed it pretty quickly once I altered them. It says a lot about a business if they ignore communication from a customer AND PayPal. I had used them skeptically before and it worked out. Never using them again.

I would avoid TW...I had ordered from them maybe 6 times in the past and everything was fine. Then recently I ordered from them and my item was given a tracking number but the tracking indicated the package was not even handed over to the Post Office. It stayed that way for like 4 weeks and I contacted them several times and they never responded. Luckily I paid with Paypal and ended up getting a full refund.

Their prices are great...but also likely too good to be true. I would avoid.

Their prices are not great because of absurd shipping. I loved their payment plans. That was gold to me...but as we know they were scum. Thousands lost to then.

They are still putting items up and pretending they will get items to ship.

It's a clear scam at this point, and local police is useless I hear? Only thing to do is spread the word.

I was just thinking as I was combing through this thread, how I hadn't received any emails from TW in a long time... then I got one this morning, lol. ToysIwonderWhereIsMyOrderLand

I told this story in another TW thread, but will re-share here as it highlights their incompetence. I ordered Garfield Spidey that was supposedly in stock. They didn't ship, didn't ship, didn't ship. I pinged them weekly for a month. They finally "created a shipping label". No movement for another month. I disputed the charge via PayPal who opened a case. TW never responded and I was provided with a full refund via Paypal. A week later, I got notification from DHL that my package was on the move! I ended up getting Garfield Spidey free of charge and they never even responded to any of the emails. I was honestly shocked and fully expected to be invoiced at some point but never was.

well time to buy from tw again!

Imagine ordering 10 items since May, 5 suppossedly in stock...and they never shipped any. I forgot about some and when I looked I see some had a shipping label created and information sent, but it never shipped.
Fiking hate them....2k down the drain.

Each time I ordered, they would give some story I believe, because that's been there pattern. Eventually that pattern turned into responses every 2 weeks.

It's the mouse hope experiment except in sales. I am actually in too much pain to check back all that I purchased again. I dealt with my bank directly in December and got a few hundred back out of thousands.

I just have a hard time going back and seeing what I ordered and paid for and they never shipped. It's literally traumatic to me. It's like being with a girlfriend who abuses you financially, takes your money and you got nothing out of it. Yes I consider TW a worthless girlfriend who gives no benefits.

at least we seeing a glimpse of hope with TW now.

I might be in the same boat. I got an email from TW saying they expect to ship the package soon. I told them my PayPal refund has already processed. We'll see what happens.

After getting screwed over in not getting my first copy of Wandavision Liz Oslen, I honestly going to take everything from TW from now onwards as a block of salt provided that they are improving overall as per Philip Leung’s post on the Fakebook page.

$10 they reading this forum. lol.

They even opened with “dear Sir”. Insanity ride.

I got a message yesterday saying that I still owe them shipping fees for multiple orders, yet 3 of them were already paid for.
I've sent them the evidence of payment for those so lets see what they say, but I won't be paying the other shipping fees unless I can do so over PayPal then at least I can claim it back if they aren't shipped immediately.

Should I even politely nudge them about my copy of Wandavision Liz Olsen that I pre-ordered from them over four years ago and it never came. I do still have the emails that they sent me..

Edit: Paid in full, but guaranteed that they will require more extortion money to cover their BS if requested.
