Settled my bill so just waiting for mine. I’m sure the quality won’t be as good as hot toys but it’s a pretty static figure. I’m sure I have a narrow body somewhere……

Thanks for the fast shipping Onesixthkit!
Loving this “Red Guard” figure kit.

The sets look great! What bodies did y'all end up using? Also did the onesixthkit listing for these get taken down? I was gonna jump on these once I saw y'alls pics but I cant seem to find the page...

Looks great! I was bummed to have missed out on the HT one but the price kept me away. Grabbed two of these guys to flank my custom SSC Emperor. Now his display will be complete.

That looks great. I'm pleasantly surprised, they look so close to the Hot Toy on display.

Did you already have them ordered or did you just do it? I really wanted to get a pair for my display but I can't find them on OSK anymore :(

Somewhat noticeably inferior to the HT original pretty much across the board (weapon might be quite close) but very decent for the price. I'll be happy to have my two in the background as army builders behind my couple of HT versions.

One issue is I can't tell from the video how well the colors match the HT original - they seem slightly different (the inner purple color seems quite a bit lighter and the outer red not as rich) so hopefully they can indeed stand next to my HT originals without too much of a disconnect.

In the video both fabrics - the inner purple and outer red - appear noticeably thicker/stiffer and less "drapey" than the HT original (he even mentions the inner fabric thickness in the video review,) but at least they did do those three V creases in the front so that's probably all they'll need to approx match the HT.

Great these came along but unfortunate HT didn't just re-release the original at/close-to the original price of $200 for the ROTJ 40th anniversary last year. Ironically it's possible this bootleg fig was one of the reasons they didn't. :gah::lol

I do have one of my HT versions posed in "attack mode" like in that cut ROTJ scene where they use their pikes but these guys are definitely "the more the merrier."

At around $130-140 including body and shipping these knock-offs fulfil that aspect pretty nicely.

Would have been great if at the time the original came out HT had done a two-pack for around $300 though - they are a nice and simple army builder.

My ERG was contender for the most static figure that I've ever owned, and was mostly there as an expensive accessory for my Palpatine.

Standing in that classic stock pose, after I have ironed and smoothed that robe, it would be difficult to distinguish this figure from the Hot Toy.

Getting the helmet right, and the outer robe close enough visually, was key, and they have achieved that.
