I'm also having the same issue.
Mondo sent me tracking on Dec 11 and the package has not moved and still in DONGGUAN - CHINA MAINLAND.
anybody else having this issue and is this normal from Mondo? Cause this is my first time ordering from Mondo

Pretty sure they used to ship from Austin before Funko bought them.

Same thing on my end

Mine is the same. DHL from China and not moving. This is the first figure to come from China so this is new

My Deluxe Skeletor actually says it's on hold at DHL is that going on with anyone else?

Mine is in customs clearance at the Cincinnati hub and has been since Monday. Really wish people didn't use Dewey, Huey, and Louie to ship orders.

Yeah that's where mine was last and now it says it's On hold I guess for clearance same thing. Yeah I guess since Mondo teamed up with Funko or whatever now I guess they're shipping from China I hope not. A lot easier coming from Texas.

Yeah and I heard DHL is absolutely the worst

Last 1:6 offering of the Year and it's SKELETOR!! OVERLORD OF EVIL!! This guy is pretty badass overall! But definitely heat up the wrist pegs and heads when swapping. They are an extreme ***** and I had his right fist (the one he comes packed with on his body) break while trying to swap them. But there's no denying this is the Ultimate Skeletor for MOTU fans.

received another Mando email for DHL tracking and my package is in the US

Mines being held and it's been on hold for a week already and I see other people getting theirs and I'm getting frustrated because I know I'm not the only one also

Mine is supposed to be delivered today. We shall see if it is waiting when I get home from work.

Skeletor has been delivered and when I get some free time, can't wait to open this super cool figure.

And my only issue is with DHL's tracking website. I had to click about 2 different links just to get more info for my tracking.
And the shipper boxes arrived with very minor small dents.

Same here. Been checking several times a day for an update, but it's still being held in China... It's confusing since Mondo's Omega Red shipped from the same place after Skeletor shipped, but Omega Red arrived yesterday. WTF they doin?

I emailed mondo just to see if they can do anything, but no answer,a few times so ,idk.maybe it on the transportation company.

Finally just got this update I'm hoping at least by what I'm reading that it should be getting shipped soon now cuz it got cleared don't know why it took so long but hopefully that's the end of it. Anyone else let me know
