Honestly I feel like the cloud will be better then what we get in the mcu lol. Gonna have galactus looking like a meme.

First production photo of Christopher Nolan's FF showing practical Galactus getting ready to devour the earth in the film's epic climax.

Ugh. Was really holding out for Andrew Lincoln or y'know-- JUST KEEPING KRASINSKI.

I like Pedro as Mando and I liked him in that Kingsman movie, but ******* hated him as Joel and don't think he's all that great of an actor.

Shoulda kept Krasinski.

The huge loss would be not getting Emily Blunt as Sue Storm. Unfortunately in a situation like that, Krasinki and Blunt would be a package deal.... Having Blunt would mean it's a good script. Or, at minimum, not a bad script. Blunt has turned down a lot of stuff over the years. She's picky enough where if she was Sue Storm, that would bode well for the potential writing involved.

Nah, he’s objectively a great actor. I just don’t see him in this role.

Well, we knew FF's (and X-Men) casting choices were gonna leave a lot to be desired. Sadly the current trends in Hollywood. Certainly can't represent a superhero family team with all white members that look comic accurate. Sad considering it is arguably the most important comic in Marvel's history as its the 1st book to kick off the entirety of the Marvel Universe.

Pedro Pascal is a decent enough actor, in the right role. Sadly he is NOT Reed Richard's. And its not even cause of race. Sorry, but he'll never pull off being one of the smartest people in the world. And the actor seems to be a bit of a tool personally.

Looks like Fox's FF will wind up being the closest we ever get. Sad they screwed up Doom so much. Otherwise it would've been a halfway decent movie. Same with the sequel. Being a huge Silver Surfer fan I was surprised they actually did him pretty well. It was just the use of the crappy Doom again and the joke of what we got for Galactus. And we'll continue on with the joke that The Incredibles will be the best FF movie ever made.

I'm dreading to see who they eventually cast as Dr. Doom. :slap

A while back I recall some buzz about Dev Patel possibly getting the RR role. I think he would have been a better choice than PP. Nothing against Pedro but Patel's star is still on the rise and he's about 15 years younger than Pascal and could stick around for the long haul like Hemsworth or Hiddleston. Of course the way the MCU is going that may no longer be a consideration lol...

The first two FF films were from Fox but yeah, I agree that PP is a terrible choice for Reed. It's current Marvel though so its pretty much to be expected at this point.
Hopefully the PP deal doesn't come to fruition. I'm trying to picture Pedro in blue spandex and it's simply not something my mind wants me to see lol...
