How did you fix the dart missile orientation? I see there's a small "pin" but i can push it out (tried it with a needle) to turn around the rocket pods. Or is there another approach? Thanks. :)

Got mine today, and here some shots incl comparison. It's not studio quality, but you'll get the idea - the paint difference on the gauntlet is rather obvious. I'm fine with it, if it's more movie accurate.

Here my height comparison. I have no clue why the Mark VII in the comparison some posts above is so towering - cannot reproduce.

I just double checked my old Mark VII figs and how the faceplate / eye sections developed of the years. Thought this could be a nice share: In my vid I had the Mark VII workshop accessory set faceplate on the plastic version (also on the photos visible).
