What about replacing the body, or is the problem just the suit?

Thinking about modifying this guy, but want to know what exactly is different, there's just something off about him when compared to the prototype. Is it the body (actual product looks bloated while prototype looks more proportioned), paint app on the cowl? First and last pics are in-hand product.
