Well they didn’t offer a replacement,and if he wants to return it,he has to pay to ship it back which is at least $250...pretty sad options,might as well throw it off your balcony and tell em it’s broken if they want to play stupid games like this for such a high end item

Does anyone know Cinemaquette’s return policy? My buddies Mohawks arms won’t properly fit in,leaving a giant seem and he doesn’t want to keep it if it looks like that,kinda disappointed as others are also experiencing this,not cool for 2.5k

My base was wobbly and trying to get the figure to fit (especially the torso) was damn near impossible,futher more I felt the paint apps were not that great on mine,and no where near the master line standard.I saw the proto at con,to me it wasn’t as good on the production run,just my opinion

Welcome mate,and yes unfortunately importing ECC pieces has its challenges.My buddy from B.C constantly complains about the procedure,along with constant inflated shipping rates.Gotta buy only what you love at these prices,cause he also tells me it’s damn near impossible to sell/resell ECC...

I’m guessing you ordered from Cinemaquette? Well if so,yes you will be charged taxes on it,so expect to pay around $500 CAD just for that,you will also pay around $400-$500 shipping charge,and last but not least due to the cost of the item being over $2500 CAD,the item will be on hold by Fedex...
