I couldn?t agree more. Seeing the prototypes I was pretty happy about how it looked. I reminded myself that it?s Keanu from over 20 years ago. But the mass produced version is just weird looking and so much more off.
I know I tend to study a head sculpt very very closely when I get a new figure. The details are small.
The Ted face is way off. It looks Chinese or Korean almost.
No, it?s definitely black paint or ink that?s on top of the bumper paint. I considered it was what you said at first, but it?s definitely on top. There was also grease with it so I?m guessing it?s from one of the machines that was close to that part of the car.
So at this point I can see one of the top spotlights is crooked a little bit. The one on the left in this photo. Has anyone else got this problem and tried straightening it just by hand? I don?t dare do it because I don?t want to break it. Just trying a little doesn?t move it. Kinda annoying...
Don?t paint it black. Most spray paints do NOT dry well on rubber. It will be sticky forever and just make a mess. I learned this the hard way. You can just buy a black cable any length you want. So much better.
