You could try asking Michael if he can do a 1:6 scale version of his Marine armour
Or asking this guy if he could scale his PR model up
There's a few 1:6 scale PR models on Shapeways (but that's not cheap) - Chez Mati and PaulElderDesign for eg.
Or $200-$300 for an airsoft one...
Or a 3d printed one for as much as you want to pay...
Airsoft all the way for me (I've currently two); that said, I am slooowly building a hero live fire.

There are a few 3d models of the armour around. I'd recommend Michael's over on CGI Trader (I'm sure I'd scale it down for you if required, too).

I ordered a test swatch of his 1:1 scale USCM camo in "Basic Cotton Ultra" waaay back in 2016 [not actually done anything with it].
Can't say I know much about fabrics but I'm happy to hunt the swatch out and "layman's eye" compare it to the Hot Toys BDUs, if that's...
