I made this thread because the figure arrives today and i was upset, so i wanted to share this with you... the seller hasn't responded yet but i'll wait... I've told Darklord Dave already who the seller was, so this threat is done.. if the seller never respond, i'll notify this to Darklord...

It wasn't new in box... i got it as used but mint and complete... but look at the pictures and the box he came in... I'll try to resolve it with the seller... thanks.

Who's concerning about the damaging on the packages??

Again.. first the photo he show you it could be an old one... and second... if you see how rude they are with the packages here, you'll understand... just look at the "Truetype box" that Two Face comes in... i did'n broke it... it just arrives like that... Anyway... i just open this thread...

So.. here whe go again... the figure wasn't removed... it was shipped just "like that" without any protection, and the mail service is very rude with the packages... so... and what was clear?? the photo he show yous also could be a really old one!... I don't know why i bother to make a thread...

The other case maybe is questionable for you, because the figure arrives broken and it was the seller word against mine... also i never mention that the figure was shipped only with his box and without any protection, so i suppose i could be broken during shipping... Anyway.. In this case the...

Yes it is... after i cancel the previous "paypal case" with the other seller, he never responded to my again... So... i haven't won anything with these situations if that's what you're thinking...
