I managed to remove both parts using a little heat. The pegs snapped back together - but I don’t expect them (nor the replacement set) to stay in one piece.
it’s a great figure in some ways - but disappointing in others.
And then her waist joint alarmingly snapped out of place when I tried to bend her forwards lol. Thankfully, it popped back into the socket.
With such limited articulation and delicate joints, looks like this one will be a set-and-forget pose-wise for me!
Both of the wrist pegs on my figure came apart the first time I tried to swap out the hands. One part stayed in the hand, the other in the wrists. Has anyone else had the same issue?
Looks good - but the body is way too slim to my eye. I know Tem lost some chonk from his appearance in Mandalorian, but not that much. The lack of fists is just cheap. I’d pick this up - but when it’s discounted.
I just opened my copy that I received from Popcultcha earlier this week. I was feeling a bit hesitant about this release due to the Ken doll hair and the uncanny valley CG face - thankfully however, in hand it's an excellent figure, as many have already reported.
The hair and face sculpt look...
Looks good enough. Agreed that the sculpt looks more like the season 3 Cooper, but I'm still thrilled that this set was made at all! And it seems that the Laura & diorama base comes in a separate box? I guess that makes sense. They can just bundle it in with the standard as necessary.
So, after heaps of deliberation, I finally opened the standard version of this set that I had picked up at the most recent Popcultcha %20 off sale. At $400 AUD delivered, you can't go to wrong! But I was still on the fence.
In hand, it's an incredible set, and I have zero regrets. I'm glad I...
Yeah, the non-chrome finish sure seems to have hurt this figure's popularity. It seems like a poor choice on HT's part - especially when his release was so closely followed by the chrome Beskar 1/6 Mando.
