I don’t think the forum reception is accurate. But, I do think the ES shows that this statue is not received well especially for Batman. It has the lowest ES out of the trinity.

Really? I’ve seen a lot of people loving the original sculpt. She had one of the best response out of the 5 new X-ladies especially after the con.

Well here is a negative response: I hate the change and if they do replace the old portrait this PF is dead to me. Honestly, I think the response is divided at best. FB and Statueforum seems to indicate so.

I am so scared about the price tag lol

I am guessing 1/4th or 1/5th depending on whether ifs part of n52 or legacy line. But because of the bike, it may be as big as 1/3 scale.

The price probably has to do with the added cost for partnership with Sideshow to produce 1/4th scale statues.

I definitely blame Sideshow for the lack of good 1/4 scale Batman statues. In fact, I don’t like any of the batman figure, statue, PF etc. made by Sideshow. They pump out so many batman figures/statues/PFs every year but they are all disappointing.

It was 40 usd for me.

DHL may be cheaper, but they charge an extra handling fee. They kind of have a hidden fee for buyers. Does this mean all international shipping ordered direct from Tweeterhead are shipped via DHL?

Personally, I have so many things I have problem with this statue. The hunchback, chaps, old man looking portrait (which doesn’t go along with the trinity or other JL), overkill boots, and Gotham gaslight looking cape. Sideshow really went overboard with this piece.

I think it’s going to be Prime1 N52 Batman. It’s surprising that there aren’t good 1/4 Batman statues out there. The worst is an easy choice tho: the new Batman PF.

I want them to remove it entirely from the statue. Scrap the idea. The big ass scythe is going to take up unnecessary space and add avoidable weight in the box.

I wish they at least get rid of that big ass scythe.
