I used this build guide and was finally able to complete the door.
I followed a video tutorial on YouTube on cutting the notches for hinge myself. I wasn’t able to get the door completely square with the frame, but it was close enough. I used magnets to secure the door flat with the frame.
Thanks!
damit. This is the step I missed where a notch needs to be cut to the doors for this hinge to be installed. I really missed this step and need to consider alternatives on how can this be done ?
Can you please take a picture on how the hole on the acrylic door is drilled?
From my understanding, the hole needs to be drilled less than 1/4? from the edge which is really dangerous as it may crack the acrylic sheet.
Please help :o

Drill a new hole in the middle of the 2 existing holes in the hanger. With this new hole, you can use the existing pre-drilled holes on the cabinet sides to mount the hangers. This will allow you to adjust the shelf height without having to drill into the cabinet sides.
I haven't done this...
wouldn't this mean when you adjust the shelf height, you have to drill into the sides all over again?
I would try to drill a new hole in the center of the hangers so i wouldnt need to drill into the side cabinet and shelf height adjustments would be much easier.
Hi Shaughn , awesome write up and thanks for the tons of info.
I am in the process of ordering the hinge and the custom acrylic doors.
With your provided dimensions, 88¾ x 37¾ x ¼ inches, can I please request for you to help me take a picture of the acrylic overlapping on the frame? I would...
