If the legs are fully articulated why not just make the arms articulated as well? for over 250 those claws should be retractable. I caved on the diecast figures but I don't think I can swallow this.
When you can scan an actors head from the source and print it exactly down to scale, why would you need the middle man of an imperfect artist to interpret and sculpt it. I am not saying you're wrong just playing devils advocate.
I always wanted a Batman figure with a poseable cape, So I made one myself. It allows for more dramatic poses and allows batman to be posed in glider mode.

I'm actually in Toronto. I'm so happy I snuck this one in there. I missed out on the BD version, and I display them all clean so this was perfect for me.
* UPDATE I changed the LEDs to an external LED bar. Now I can turn the lights on and off with out opening the shadow boxes.
Best part is there's no dust. Also note there are no other lights on in the room besides the LEDS
