Well, yes you have to force more to let it rotate, I did it with mine just a lil and then i left the way you see in the pics... i put the head on it and forced much to let it rotate left the way it is now.

You are welcome my friend, just be careful with the iron and put a cloth in between the robe and the iron, this way you won't damage the robe. ;)
