1/6 Hot Toys Rogue One: DEATH TROOPER (Reg)

I pulled the trigger on this. But inside the plastic foam, I found something like this. At first, I thought it ia dust. When looked closer, I noticed it has a distinct shape. It seems part of the figure, but I couldn't figure what it is. It was near the riflewith strap. Sorry for the low quality of photos.

It's part of the long rifle. On the underside. I'll see if my camera can capture it.

I replaced mine, though new one has a minor glueing defect in the right shoe. It's really a nice figure.

I found one on eBay for $252+ shipping. Had seven watchers on it so I swooped in like an eagle and snapped it up.

Gonna look awesome next to my Empire Vader. Decided to built him a squad to lead.

They’ve definitely already rocketed awhile ago but we’ll see if Krennic actually puts them in skyrocket territory.

They will definitely re-release this figure once Krennic is closer to ship date. I'm not too thrilled with the pleather degradation on it though - it's only been out maybe 18 months?

That's weird. I haven't heard of the ANH or disguise version stormtrooper pleather holsters degrading and they've been out longer.

The straps they used are just two pieces of really thin pleather strips with light adhesive, the magnet clasp if rugged on improperly will peel the strap apart. It’s poor design, definitely a set and forget with the short side arm.

Yep. I left the sidearm in the box, my strap is really close to tearing.
