Nice !! Like that they have shown the improvements. Certainly a significant step up from the original.

Depending on the price....might even be in for this guy. I really don't see HT doing this guy, even in the future if they get the license under Disney rule. I'd say if X-Force movies are a thing, possibly a new DP and Cable will be first.

Coming in at $200. Which is I think $40 or so more than the first one. If I had the first one I don't think I'd upgrade unless I got good money for the first one.

Yeah, new body, another head, and the paint finish on him looks great too. Better than the first at least from the promo images.

That’s my thought too, I have the first one and wouldn’t mind getting this too but only if I sold the first one at a reasonable price. But then again a $40 difference is not too bad for the upgrade, kinda pointless trying to sell my first one for nearly $200 when someone can grab this one at that price. Lol

I wanted to preorder this with timewalker but of course all the preorders with taken before i even knew it was up. Had to pay a bunch up front to preorder with someone else. Had to pay 53$ just to secure one. The new body looks great at least and 2 heads are a plus.

^ Onesixthoutfitters.com. They are the only retailer i have ever heard of that charges shipping upfront. The good news with that is i have paid 53$ of the figure already,so i only have 137 due when it ships. Can't wait for this huge guy to go with my deadpool. I had to choose either cable or colossus for my deadpool companion figure and i chose colossus.

First time! Could never clear out a free evening or weekend to see it in the theater (although I tried).

It all goes by pre-order. The more pre-orders they get, the more they'll make. That's why the teases now to get people interested and pre-order.

Just put yourself in their shoes. Say you're ordering material etc. Would you be ordering tons more expensive material from your pocket and go to the effort of making a ton of figures you have no idea will sell, or if someone brings out a better one a couple of weeks later. All about minimising risk.

Both DP1 and 2 did more overall worldwide gross than the US alone. Neither appear to have been released in China.

I fully believe that Marvel (in direction from Disney) prevented people from licensing movie toys based on DP and Logan. It's insane, like you said, every toy from Hasbro to Figma to Mafex is a comic Deadpool. They have a gigantic movie and Hasbro of all people doesn't even make a single toy based on the movies. I'm honestly surprised that Hot Toys was able to.
