The original T2 Arnie is a really nice piece, but I would be curious to see a new version with Neca's new tricks. I'd be in on any double dips of Kyle and Sarah too. Always wanted Sarah in white. I would expect Neca to put something out for Terminator 2019, even if it's just an Arnold. They did Predators/Prometheus/Genisys/Covenant/The Predator, all to varying success. They don't seem to pass up often.

2029 Kyle and John seem like no-brainers for Neca. It tickles the same EU glands as the expanding Alien and Predator licenses, and introduces some "future soldier" options for army builders. Not only would the pair share parts, they could be released in 2-packs with Endo-skeletons to cover costs.

I doubt we'll ever see new sculpts of characters/looks previously done. They added articulation to previous figures but the heads have been the same ones since 2009 but for new figures like Genisys and T2 Sarah and John.

Picked up T-1000 from Terminator Genisys yesterday from Toy Traders. They were on clearance for $11.95. I've seen it warming the pegs for years finally I decided to pick it up as I do not have a TG Neca figure in my MOC collection. I also didn't feel like spending $40+ on Ultimate figures or $20+ on the new Hasbro SW Vintage collection lines. From Hasbro, Neca to HT this hobby has become too expensive that its not even fun anymore. I saw the blister ALIENS Xenomorph in Clamshell on clearance for $25 (original $30). Slap the same figure in a Ultimate packaging throw in a chestburster & Egg and sell it for $40. I say get rid of the Ultimate packaging and reduce cost $10. But I know all you cool cats love your Ultimate Packaging.....bastards

The battle-damage bullet squibs are really nice on the Genisys T-1000 - much more chrome-like than the ones on the Robert Patrick T-1000s for some reason.

Surprise: #t2sday / #terminatortuesday is back, so it seems that Tuesdays over on NECA's twitter feed will not be dedicated exclusively to the turtles! Today's reveal is... not more details about John Connor, but those of you excited about the Kenner stuff might be happy. Cardback for that gold Terminator shows that it has light-up eyes!

I suspect not, as NECA has done similar with the cardbacks of some of their Kenner Aliens & Predator figures by showing current product alongside previously released product.

Someone asked and Randy said that the 'T-800 is back out now'....I don't see it on BBTS or NECA's ebay store though....

People have said to be finding an Ultimate T-800 at Target but didn't say which one. BBTS has the rose box T-800 for preorder again, maybe that's it.

I wouldn't mind all of them being available again. With John Connor coming out I have some more scenes in mind to recreate that require T-800s and Sarah Connor's that I didn't previously need.

To think I was once planning to skip the Ultimate T-800s and in fact sell a bunch of what I had....

Although... there's something intriguing along the bottom edge of this image that may very well be a big J.Connor related hint. Notice the rough black lines that form the bounding boxes around each figure, and notice that this image only shows the top ~half~ of the cardback.

Along the bottom edge, we can see the top border of another one of these bounding boxes, but unlike the rows of boxes above, this unseen row contains only one box, as evidenced by the fact that it doesn't have any vertical lines other than the ones that form its left and right edges. Not only that, but it's a longer box than the ones above, so:
a bigger box = a bigger item, or, as the case may be, multiple items that comprise a deluxe set or a 2-figure set.

So, it's gotta be another clue that John Connor's coming with his Honda dirt bike, right? Its gotta be!

Hah, very clever. You could well be correct. You're definitely correct that there's something else there they've deliberately cropped.

So unless there was some silly made-up vehicle in the Kenner line that it could be? Though that seems unlikely given that the Predator Blade fighter had to be discounted everywhere.

If John does come with the bike that's great, although, as I said before I hope he gets a standalone release aswell otherwise I'm going to end up with a heck of a lot of spare bikes

They actually retooled it and re-released it as part of the Terminator Salvation toys as the "Cyber Skin Generator", too.
