Looks too clean (if that makes sense). Also, still not a fan of the bat. I prefer the Iron Studios version (but to each their own).

I love the bat. If i'm a bad guy and i see the punisher walk up with a rifle or shotgun, i know i'm toast but at least i know it's gonna be quick. If i see the punisher walk up holding a baseball with his machine gun slung, he's doing this on purpose. He is choosing the bat over the gun and wants to get very up close and personal. I know i'm gonna die slow and i'm gonna die very painfully.

I honestly love everything about this statue. I get people have differing tastes, but the baseball bat matches Frank's personality. In one of the comics in Ennis' run, I remember Frank leaving his guns behind just to kill people with an axe. When the axe broke, he picked up a cinderblock and bashed in the last guy's skull. Frank has no qualms with getting brutal.
