So the Mongol horde were giant men riding on pony-sized horses back then. Same goes for the Japanese samurai because Japanese horses are descendants of Mongolian horses.[emoji18]

Recently picked up my 303 toys General Qin Qiong, pretty impressed with him.
The scales feel almost exactly like snake skin (i used to own a pet snake).
I was expecting to need a stand 24/7 with this guy but they used metal ball joints for the ankles, so he can stand on his own just fine.
The armor is quite bulky, but historycaly armor wasn't meant to be form fitting so im not bothered.
The arms of the robe are quite puffy and i wish they layed better, same with the cape.
Looking forward to Jingde now.

Fantastic figure ! You have to give us more pictures of this guy . I would love to get this in my collection but it seems like eBay is the only option for us in the US . [emoji17]. More pictures please . Where’s the diorama that comes with this collectible ?
 
Thanks! I'm working most of the day tomorrow so hopefully i can take more pictures by Saturday. The diorama is essentially the box that holds the armor and weapons stands. I haven't displayed it because it's too tall to fit in my detolf.
 
Qin Shubao armor looks great. Too bad no US retailers carry him.

The armor looks cool, not as fictional as the others they have done, which is good. Idk about the 3 extra head sculpts in the set, they all look weird (especially that modern one). The accessories look great and would go good with a 1/6 ninja and diorama. Where they show him without the armor, he looks sinister in those all black robes. He would make a good warlock, surrounded by the Toysdao hell ninja lol
