I guess we can expect 3-4 Figures from this movie from HTs. I’m guessing they will take the easy route and launch BP & Killmonger first. Maybe we see Shuri? Klaw?

From Black Panther? Hmmm not 3-4, it's an unproven property I'm sure many people are iffy on. I think if we get just The Black Panther we should be happy. Although I'd like to see the villain and a few more, I doubt we will.

I fully expect HT to make a 'Black Panther collectibles coming soon' post, but really saying "If this movie is successful we'll consider making figures"

I can guarantee its going to be a good movie. Marvel has perfected the formula for a smash hit superhero movie. Now, whether we get anyone else besides the BP is a bit of a long shot for a first entry movie. Just look at Doctor Strange, a fantastic figure and great movie but we didn't even get the Ancient One even though she was teased with a prototype. I don't even want to bring up Yellow Jacket, still a sore spot

I'm just hoping they include a T'Challa headsculpt for the next BP release. And if we at least get teased with a second character, my best guess would be Killmonger.

Oh well, I wouldn't say it's guaranteed. I mean, Ragnarok for example was nice but I expected much much more from it and in the end it's fun but not more. I want more from Black Panther. I want one of these movies finally offering something like Winter Soldier did. So yeah, I hope Black Panther is that movie. I really do. ^^

And yeah, maybe we won't get all these figures from Black Panther but hey, what's Infinity War for, eh? Give me at least Okoye, HT.

Interesting, the suit looks like its been revised with more of a man of steel textured look to it.

I've fallen to the dark side and ordered this, my first Marvel figure. Barely even keep up with the MCU but when I saw the new suit I thought I'd check this one out and thought it was the coolest thing ever, and I liked the design a lot more than the 2018 BP, especially the mask. This looks way more intimidating - like the Begins Batsuit versus the TDK one.

While I loved the new BP movie and think it's a way better film than CW - I still prefer the CW outfit, so if I get a Black Panther at all, it will probably be this one.

Honestly would totally be up for Klaue (which is apparantly how they are spelling it now? I thought it was Klaw too). He and Killmonger in his combat gear would be a menacing shelf.

I don't see them re-releasing this figure when they have the new suit version coming out.
This figure was pretty bare bones; no Boseman sculpt, etc., so I just don't see them
revisiting this figure.

It made an appearance I think it will. It's like an Iron Man armor or the "Batman Begins suit" from the TDK line. Or even better the Suicide Squad Batman which just had a new cape. It'll most likely be a TF Exclusive. I wouldn't be shocked if it came some some gimmick or a tree base for him to crouch on or even had the Bozeman sculpt with a different expression.

I’m not ready to get behind that comparison. Hot Toys’ CW BP sold through well enough, but it was the first offering of the character. Will the community have an appetite for multiple Black Panther versions in their collection the way we see the company’s two top seller’s claim collector shelf space? Iron Man and Batman are behemoth in merch popularity.
