Havent seen or heard about missing eyelashes , if it was me and it had no eyelashes i would return it .

That argument should make it acceptable?

If they don't send you a replacement I would definitely send it back.

Yes. This is coming from ECC. They’re saying they only have 1 replacement but it has the same issue as mine. They offered a full refund but it wasn’t clear if I would lose my shipping. The missing eyelashes are right in the middle of the eye. They said they could remove some from the outer part of the eye where it wouldn’t be so noticeable and glue them in the middle. You telling me they don’t have any extra materials?

Hopefully you get that resolve TheMovieManiac it’s weird that they are giving you a bit of grief, last time I had an issue they were really helpful and even offered to do a repaint on a paint issue I had.

Well it will be interesting to see if they will cover the shipping on a return, most of the time companies won’t unless it is a full damaged item. Same thing happened with my HCG Ghostbusters Slimer, I felt that the quality was junk and while they offered the refund they excluded the shipping because they felt that there was no damage-that’s just how the Statue came out. Good luck though!

Sideshow's policy is the same. If you don't like it you can return it but you pay for the return shipping. If it's damaged though, they send you a return label and they pay for it.

Another point to pass on the piece.
This "small" piece is priced at 2550 - 2700$ here in Europe and then the chance is high to receive it with that issue.

Then you were really lucky.
I know a collector that had really bad experience with ECC customer service.
He had flaws (scratch on the glass eye, paint imperfections, scratch on the base) on his Freddy Bust and they told him there is nothing they can do. They offered a small credit and told him that it is ok for them if he not wants to keep it and send it back because they can afterwards sell it for the same or more money even with this flaws....

I wonder if the eyelashes are coming out in transit, as people have been receiving them all crushed up apparently from the way its packed, which could and should have been easily avoided. If they are packing them already missing that's even worse. Either way not an issue people should be having for such a premium collectible with a premium price to match, you should expect perfection. I've been going back and forth on whether to get it (still waiting for it to come to Aussie suppliers) I'll definitely be more nervous now if I do, not something I usually feel when opening a piece from ECC. I love their incredible work, don't like seeing them make mistakes. They gotta live up to that Elite name!

I have #20 and don't have anything out of place. To me its the best representation of a mogwai (with a gremlin) ever created. IMO ECC hit it out of the park. I hope they can resolve your issue. It sucks to not be totally satisfied with a purchase. Trust me I have an Exclusive Superman PF with one helluva mean lean that I can do nothing about.

you guys realize the CS your talking to is CM and not ECC right? They are not the same. ECC uses CM as their supplier in the US. CM CS has been very bad and I'd say that it's a VERY common occurrence with them. It's a rare when they will issue a replacement. If it's something small, they defn won't. I had a Marcus maquette that had a big scratch on the head and chip on the base that they replaced, but they wouldn't replace my Lycan bust that had smaller issues.

I opened mine to inspect tonight cause y’all had me worried it might have some eyebrow issues and I’m pleased to say that #24 has no eyebrow issues whatsoever.

Yeah!!! That's perty damn sweet. Having the actual edition size on there is a nice touch. ECC should have put that on the Cert of Authenticity.
