Thanks for the step by step.... I see you spelled it out in the video but I could not get it to play as I was out of town and was having internet issues..

I think I may just give this a try...

Thanks!

I'll be around if you have any questions...

Newarkcapo- lighting it from underneath looks great man!

So I have to destroy my wolf to get a new one.. Kinda stinks because I had an AP... But no big deal. AWIL is one of the most important films to me and thus this is going on the No Sales list.

Anyways... Before I destroyed the heads... I wanted to try something.... 1st pic is the reg head with darker pain around the eyes and the Ex head without... Second pic is EX head with the darker paint added... Personally I think it brings both heads to life...

It does look better to me.

Yeah.. Its how it looks in the film.. Almost a blessing to get a broken one so I could try this because I never would on one I had to keep without being able to practice...

Hey Jaws thats great, how about a quick purple shade to those darkened areas ,

And a quick dry brush light grey to the hairs around the face??

Don;t think I could manage the purple highlights... I don;t have purple or grey paints right now.

Thanks...

Bad luck with the AP's huh? I didn't hear from PCS today. I was hoping for a shipping email for my replacement head. I think the darker eye area looks good.

PCS told me that my head having a noticeable gap and the right front foot hovering a 1/4 inch above the stairs is "within the realm of acceptability". What a load of bull ****. I'll keep it, but it's my last order ever from PCS. Their response wasn't within my realm of acceptability.

That's awful customer service. Mine hovers a little. But it doesn't meet the stairs like it should.

Pics? Having a hard time understanding “hovering”

Pegs fit good/flush but right front foot hovers 1/4 inch above the stairs instead of resting on the stair.

Sounds like the peg is bent? But that peg is huge? Pictures !!!!!!!

Got mine yesterday. Also has the hovering foot thing but it's not to a major degree and can really only be seen from up close and eye level so am willing to overlook it. I also think overtime that could actually settle down completely depending on how solid everything else is. My regular head has the real issues so hoping for a replacement on that. Luckily it's the ex head I've always been more interested in displaying anyway but still...

Other than that I absolutely love it. Nothing can compare seeing it in person. The fine detail of fur through the body, the size and weight. When I walk in the room and look at it I think yeah THAT IS the werewolf from An American Werewolf In London. Everything checks out.

Great angle Falcon, looks good! You should add the popcorn. Surprisingly it adds something to the display.

I agree , can’t see the floating foot at all?!

Thanks guys. Yeah the floating foot is pretty minimal, though does look better from this angle. I'm trying to plan out my display options for this guy and was thinking of placing him higher but now I'm not sure about that. Thinking it might also lose view of the popcorn detail if he's up too high.

I put mine in a middle shelf close to eye level. I like being able to see the steps and popcorn.
