It's just a matter of knowing what the pressure and touch tolerances are on anything. There's at least one YouTube video where the guy removes the plastic from the boots (rather roughly, I might add) and has no trouble, except he's a little more careful when putting the boots back on. It's part intuitive and the other part of it is just being careful. Put your whole palm around the knee joint, upper leg and lower leg firmly - grasp both parts, then pull. Don't overthink it - just do it. Pulling on the boot shouldn't cause the fishnets to stretch.

Following some of these directions here can make you overly sensitive or cautious and then problems result, too, from that. When you shake hands with someone, you want just the right grip...firm, but not enough to cause them pain. It's kinda like that.

By the way, no one answered my question yet about whether or not Harley's handbag is made of metal underneath the chrome. It might seem odd thinking that, but this feels heavier than the plastic they use for chrome (and it's cold to the touch). Any ideas?

I've been really surprised at all of the panic issues and over-thinking going on with the boots here. When I got mine I yanked my boots off right way and stuck them back on, Wirth force both times. no hesitation, no issues, done in about 10 seconds.

At that point I had no idea about any stocking issues etc. Had I known that I may have been a bit more careful, but now people are freaking out and over thinking things.

the stockings should not rip unless you are a maniac and are bending her knees to far, throwing her around, or bending her hips by pushing her thigh against her pelvis causing rub.

Like anything else, a few will have bad luck, and a few will be boneheads and treat their figures too rough.

But for any normal person who's used to handling high end figures, just yank off those feet the same as you would any other figure and be done with it!

It would've been better if some people hadn't said hold the body and not the legs. The stockings, which are actually solid leggings, are a lot tougher than they appear.

The boots on mine were tighter than on any other figure I've experienced. Even with the plastic removed they required heating to get them back on. So, only holding the body to pull the boots off caused the knees to freely detach instead.

I'd have been fine if I hadn't listened to advice.

I have not seen any pics of he full body in the film...I love the Head sculpt , but her waist and thighs look chunky to me....

She looked thinner in those areas in the film if I remember .....

The waist and thighs I love, they impressed me heavily when I first touched the figure

But indeed they are probably disproportional, but in my opinion, in a good way

For example the arms and upper body are thin (I also wished I didn't see the body someone shared earlier, it looked like a Pekin duck, It seriously shocked me, should've been NSFW)

The Hot Toys figure is obviously a kicker, that would explain the strong thighs

After Harley Quinn, my brother complained about the weight of Deadpool

I like some healthy heft in figures, not fully Die-cast levels, but Harley's weight seems ideal

I have not seen any pics of he full body in the film...I love the Head sculpt , but her waist and thighs look chunky to me....

Margot is not as thin as you think. Her best angles are from the side and 3/4 angle. Straight on you can see she is a bit thick. At least she isn't a stick with no boobs

I had the Harley exclusive on pre-order...but had to cancel. A few days ago someone was selling the exclusive on eBay for super cheap. I got her for $230 shipped and got it today on Batman Day...er, Harley Quinn day! I have pics up on my IG account! She is a great figure and I am so happy I got her for that great of price!
