Anyone else having their stand pole tilting when he's in a floating pose? If so, have a solution?

First, make sure the pole isn't upside down (the top end should be sealed, bottom end is open). Then, try pushing it further into the base. It's a tight fit, so I had to be forceful to get it all the way down.

So I assume everyone is getting their Doctor Strange figure from Sideshow. I guess Big Bad Toys will be getting him in soon then. I've been trying to figure out how long each Hot Toys figure takes from when they hit Hong Kong to the States which seems to be about a month. Then Sideshow getting them and then Big Bad Toys getting them. Trying to make this work out so when they are available I have the funds at the right time. I find it funny though that Sideshows site still shows Strange as a pre-order. I guess they just haven't changed him to now available yet.

Well live in spring, tx dont when doctor strange will get delivered. Was going to be today. But thats not happening. Well probably take a couple days if not longer

Mine was supposed to be delivered on last Friday (8/25), I am in Austin. The driver pulled up and went to the back of the truck. He got back in the drivers seat and started to leave. I stopped him and he said his truck was too full and that he couldn't find it quickly and assured me it was there and that he would be back before the end of the day.

He never showed back up and it was rescheduled for today. This morning there was no scan of the package and around 10:45am it was rescheduled again for tomorrow by the end of the day.

I have a feeling UPS lost mine...

Doctor Strange out for delivery this morning at 7:16am
Still waiting.
Probably won't get him until 7:16pm

Well, I was going to make it home by 3PM 'coz usually UPS doesn't show up to 6:30-8:00 PM. So the one day I don't stay trapped for hours, they try to deliver at 2PM and now - even tho I was told by Sideshow I had to request this - DS is being re-routed to a "UPS Access Point" which is not the same as some sort of other UPS pickup I used in the past.

But I don't know what the UPS guy actually did, until I see the notice. Basically don't know where my DS is, at this point.

Call UPS with the tracking number. They'll tell you exactly where it is and you can go pick it up. I do it all the time...

Hey, thanx! Don't like my DS wandering all over town. But I'd just had it with being trapped all day for every delivery - tried joining UPS and the system never seems to be up to date anyway.

Edit: Just called and the driver still has it - unless I get lucky DS is still trapped in the system until tomorrow.:(

The obnoxious part is the woman's tone seemed to imply it's somehow my fault that I wasn't at home. Uh-huh.

It's reasons like the above that I love the way mail delivery works in Japan. You give them a time frame on a specific day that you will be home to sign. If for some reason you're not home they will leave you a slip with a code on it. You can then access a site and have it set up for redelivery, even for the same day if it's early enough. I really miss that kind of convenience =/

Normally, once a delivery has been attempted you can pick the package up at the terminal when the driver finishes his route.

USPS leaves attempted delivery notices. You can than call the post office and either opt for delivery or pick up at the office
