The current body is slimmer that it looks and has padding in the gut area.
It is awkward to pose as the upper torso is kind of fixed, and me, I wanted to use the grassy base , and it doesn't have a lot of options.
All that said, yes, in hand, a basic stance doesn't look half bad at all. The head sculpt is really well done. Pics I took do not sell it. I've seen others that make it look wrong. It's not.

Just got mine in that was shipped directly from the Sideshow HK warehouse to Australia. Pretty quick in about 4 days for international shipping!

Some people have complained that the head sculpt has changed since the prototype. I dunno, to me it looks pretty much spot on with the prototype! If you were happy enough with that to order, then I think you'll be pretty happy once you get it in hand!

Speaking of hands though, they're definitely too big in scale lol!!

I think part of what makes it look awkward is the way the cloak is draped on his shoulders and head but doesn't have full sleeves. For some reason on the older Luke that just doesn't look as good.

Does anyone here have tried to change his giant hands for some young Luke hands ?

Part of me wonders if the human hand looks bigger just in comparison to the mechanical one. I think the one that's in a relaxed position looks big but the others seem about right.

I think you nailed it.
I hadn't thought the human hand looked big at all . The mech hand should be smaller to be correct.
And I am using the out stretched hand which opens up the size, whilst the mech hand is more relaxed.

Prompted to put the HT Lukes that I have together ...

And a lil but of rotation and filtering to try an angry Old Luke!!

It makes sense that the mechanical hand would look smaller as it doesn't have the flesh and stuff, no different than if it were just bones. Obviously a human hand is going to be bigger.

The student becomes the master....

I'm having way more fun with this than I expected to .
Even prompted me to frame that old Star Wars cinema poster!!

No major complaints from me - I think this figure looks bloody awesome! Only complaint really are the size of the wrist joints that protrude too far out. Everything else is pretty great!

Still need to work out a way to flatten the hood more onto the head, but that's the best I could do for now.

And here's the video review up on the Kool Kollectibles YouTube channel. Overall I think this figure looks great, including the head sculpt! I don't have too many complaints at all on this one.

Yeah that wrist peg on the normal hand is pretty noticeable. I guess it's going to be though since his sleeve is pushed up.

Someone tried removing the pading in the chest? It looks awkward like that

Looks like the belt is too tight more than the chest being too padded. When I get mine I'll be modding the belt and shifting some of that stuffing down a bit.
