I'm anxious for more Gal and may go see JL just for her, as I did with BvS. Have there been any rumblings about how much screen time WW has in JL?

She is helping Bruce assemble the team, so a lot of screen time i can imagine.

Wow. They knocked it out of the park with the training Wonder Woman headsculpt. I swear, the more they furrow that brow, the more it looks like Gal. I think I will be pre-ordering this one as well since it won't be released anytime soon and I will have plenty of time to save up.

Still psyched for the BvS figure as it seems like we've been waiting for years (oh wait, we have!).

Saw the WW movie opening night and was blown away. As a movie, it is probably DCEU's best effort, but I still think BvS was more monumental. It was BATMAN vs SUPERMAN! As a huge fan of The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel, it was great seeing a movie version of that theme. Was BvS perfect? Far from it, but it was great to see the trinity together for the first time in film. I put WW certainly above Suicide Squad and MoS although the Faora fight scenes in MoS are quite possibly the best fighting scene in comic book movies and gets little to no acknowledgement as such.

Great assessment.

For me, the UE BvS is still my personal favorite DCEU film. I loved the tone and the intricate plot, as well as the tackling of realistic emotions felt by both characters. I haven't decided whether MoS or WW is second. I want to say MoS because I'm biased towards Superman and it was great and refreshing to see a different perspective and spin on the character, but at the same time, I also liked the tone and plot of WW as well. I'm fresh off of seeing WW (and plan on seeing it in theaters again), so my mind also wants to pull me in that direction. I'd have to wait until the hype settles down before making a decision on which one is actually better than the other.

While I didn't despise it like many others, SS is still I feel their weakest film thus far. Glad that JL is being gone into on a high note because of WW.

Sorry if this question is obvious, but being new to this thread does anyone know why the Bat symbol can pop up n out from the display base?

im guessing the training armour version and the bvs version have the same sculpt and facial expression, the only difference being the hair?

I totally agree.

I purchased the movie when it was released but just yesterday saw the Ultimate Edition. I must say I enjoyed it much more than the theatrical version.

BvS UE isn't a proper movie. It's a bunch of scenes put together. Some of those scenes are great but as a movie it just doesn't work. Watched it again the other night after Wonder Woman. I won't be watching it ever again in full. Just little chunks I think.

BvS isn't a proper movie.....in your opinion.
It's absolutely one of my favourite superhero movies:lecture

I have to very much dissagree with you. BvS UE is a much better film. I love the Ultimate Edition. I have been a huge fan of the DCEU other than Suicide Squad, which was OK. I hope that one day we get the real cut of that movie. I really enjoy the world in which the DC heros live in. The way that Superman is treated by the public is very much how he would be received in the real world.

I would give BvS UE a 9.5, Wonder Woman and Man of Steel a 9, and Suicide Squad a 6.5.

Only a couple of things I thought were missing from Wonder Woman. I wish the Germans spoke German, and I missed Hans Zimmer(even though the score was good).

I just hope she's as awesome in Justice League as she was in her solo film. If she gets relegated to eye candy/sexy sidekick I'mma be upset.

Pretty sure that WB will keep her front and center. She may actually be a safer bet right now than Batman. You can tell that both Snyder and Jenkins respect the character and understand her importance to the universe

Can't see that happening. From what we've seen shes front and centre with Bruce putting it all together. WB could even capitalise on her popularity and increase her screen time with those re-shoots taking place.

Don't confuse what you like with what is critically good. I like The Beastmaster but I'm not going to say its a good movie.

You are free to disagree but I am one of those other people that usually at odds with folks on these boards when I say that Suicide Squad is actually offensive, Man of Steel is a masterpiece and Wonder Woman was good but not great.

Other opinions are available. :)

Your opinions coincide with mine. We must henceforth be friends! But if you ever disagree with me, we shall be bitter enemies for all time!(Doesn't it sometimes seem like that's what it's like here?)
Lol.
I think mostly the same about your comments above, but did like WW. I see it more like a "Previously On Wonder Woman..." type of movie. I liked it, and i feel it gives us a little foreword to give context to her in BvS. But only a starting point.

Oh god yeah. It's one reason I don't post here to often anymore.

WW has a good heart behind it and was actually heroic where as SS has what I would call a rotten core with it's depiction of Harley, how Joker treated harley and that amazingly f'uped line/agenda "own it". BvS is just a miserable jumbled affair and that was not the same Superman/clark as we saw in MOS in my opinion.

I watched BvS UE again as I do love how movies join together and i get great satisfation from that. There's actually elements that I feel will make more sense as the other movies come along like Flash's 'too soon' appearance and we may look more fondly on BvS in time. I am certainly open to that.

I did get confused by her "I've killed being from other world before". was she only meaning Aries then or is she referring to other adventures prior to her reveal in BvS? bearing in mind she said she hid away for 100 years.

That part has me a little confused to. Also are we to assume she hasn't been home in those 100 years?

If that is actually ever addressed then that will say a lot about the whole DCCU in my opinion as it's shows a real over all plan and it's the reverse of Marvel... which would be very cool i think. I like the idea of rewatching older DCCU and they making more sense as something is explained later. If that was just a throw away line then that will be a bummer.
