Love both of them. I love how easy batman's faces are to deal with. Robin is a delight in terms of hand swapping. Batman not as much but still not too bad. the nameplate I think came off from Batman's stand when I opened him but didn't notice it until it's too late. Also, batman's rope was a little frayed on the ends while Robin's was perfect. Still, both are great, fun figures.

They really are... it's too bad they didn't get more support. My only real issue with them is the delicate nature of Batman's suit, and the lack of double jointed elbows on Robin. But I love them. The colors really pop on the shelf as well!

Holding out hope HT will show Joker, Batgirl, Batmobile and Catwoman this summer. But that's just being an eternal optimist.

If that Joker is actually released, I'm getting him for sure now. My heart calls out for Batgirl though. She's one of my many grails.

I still have hopes that we'll at least get The Joker. Although it has been since last September that they showed it off.

I really hope that Hot Toys makes the Joker. He would display great with the Batman and Robin figures.

IT FINALLY HAPPENED!

...and, whether or not you want to call it serendipity or whatever, I wound up with the most badass picture of Adam West, Burt Ward, and myself, ever...and yes, in my head, Adam West is totally playing air guitar there.

They were pretty steep. $120 for West, $100 for Ward. It being their farewell tour and everything, it was kind of an "it's now or never" type of deal, where I figured "if I'm going to meet them, I'm going to bring the two things I always wanted signed."

DUUUUDE! That's awesome! I really wanted to do what you did a while back and have them sign the boxes, but I don't have the Burt Ward Robin figure. I was also a bit put-off by the price, so I settled for just a photo-op.

I would love their signatures but I dont think I can pay for them. The only famous signature I have is Al Pacino, he came into a casino I was working at and I asked him for one. Paying for it kinda kills the it for me, kinda like sex I guess.

That's ****ing cool!!!

I keep hoping they will come to SDCC and sign so I can get my figure boxes signed.

That's actually a pretty good price. Was there a long line? What con did you get them at?

Congrats on the beautiful signatures! When I met them at a convention in Anaheim a few years back, there were a ton of people in line to get their signatures. Adam was great and very funny, but Burt was the best. Not only did he take the time to talk to every person, he spent about 5 minutes talking to my youngest daughter about his dogs. Definitely one of the nicest people I have ever met.

The lines were very long. I got super lucky, because the photo op started at 12:30, and I was, literally, one of the last people he signed for at, like, 12:31, otherwise, I'd have had to go through the whole line all over again, as, as you can tell, I opted for the photo, too.:lol But yeah, West's line was really long, the photo op line spanned pretty much the entire convention hall, at one point, but what was kind of funny is that, even though Ward's line was shorter, it was a lot slower, and that probably had a lot to do with the fact that he would carry on a conversation with everyone for 5-10 minutes, which I thought was really cool.

Thanks, yeah! He was talking to everyone about his dogs. Super cordial and very nice, I was the last person to see him before he took, like a 10 minute breather, so my encounter was a little more brief, but he asked me about my dog and gave me a pamphlet for his dog food. All in all, yesterday was a great day.

The photo op's still awesome, though! I'd highly recommend Robin if you have Batman, though. They're both fantastic figures!

You were there today Batfan? :lol People were pissed at West for that "To *insert name*" BS, so many people were bitching about him.

I walked past the dude that plays the Green Power ranger and was amazed that he was a bonafide manlet.
