Still loving the sculpt Jake painted for me. Will be finishing this one off soon. Streets of Cairo i think.

God dang that's a thing of beauty.

I gotta get to finishing mine as well. I have everything I need to build him except time. Since we moved in Oct its been one thing after another. That, and I really need the right amount of time to put together my ultimate Indy.

You asked to see my Indy... I showed it... I made no claim to be a creative genius...
And frankly, I try not to tinker too much once I have something I like...

But I'll stay right where I am, thanks... I come here to get ideas and inspiration...
Unfortunately, every time I do come here, all I ever see is you and your sixth scale carnage...

You are always quick to criticize other people's stuff, like your comment to Iceman, or repeatedly saying how much better you think your mods are than literally anyone else's, but dude, if you are going to keep posting the same photos again and again, at least put some effort into taking some decent quality photos... At least put some effort into posing them... And at least try and put some effort into making them look authentic...
Indy is not perpetually covered in mud and sweat and his bag strap goes under his jacket... UNDER HIS JACKET!!

Apologies to all... I know these squabbles are boring for everyone else... I would just love to see more of other people's stuff... Rant over... :lecture

Carnage?! WTF?!!! Are you for real?!! Is that your view on weathering then, that it instantly ruins a figure? I guess you prefer the "just-stepped-out-of-the-Adventurers R Us-clothing store-Indy-look" - good for you!

And like you've put any effort into posing yours!!! :clap

And may I suggest that you re-watch The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, the only one of the four Indy films where Indy wears the bag strap OVER (OVER!!!) his jacket. I think you will find that if you scroll back through the millions of other photos I have posted in this thread (that are evidently burnt deep into your retinas!!), that my Raiders & Last Crusade Indys both correctly have the bag strap under the jacket, and my TOD Indy of course has no jacket to complain about!! And there I was thinking you were a true Indy fan...oh well...

And I don't hear anyone else rubbishing my figures buddy! As for the quality of the photos, they are all shot on an iPhone 7 Plus, so I can't help it if uploading them to this website turns them into ****! Perhaps you could give me some tips on how I can upload full resolution images...

Bored now, think I'll do some work!

Thanks, man... Yup, stock HT, stock Treasure Hunter...
Still not totally happy, but hoping to swap bodies for something a little less muscular and need a decent shirt, then I think he'll be done...
Any suggestions where I can get a shirt appreciated...

At least you show some real passion, which is what it's all about... Just go easy on the repeat pics, ok... Let's leave it at that...

Unless you spend a fortune, the HT is as good as it gets. The body that I think is right for Harrison Ford is this one:

It's a good height, works well with the shirt and you get the right slouch with the shoulders.

Hey, thanks a lot, man... Looks like it's from OSK as well... Just ordered the Space Tracker from him too...

I actually spotted an HT Han Solo ANH body on ebay as well, but that also looks a little broad shouldered for the Indy jacket to fall properly...

It's just that oversized collar on the HT Indy shirt that bugs me and it seems to be really hard to find something better without spending a fortune...

Is it the Yunsil shirt that some people have got that looks much better?
 
Yeah, mine were in the same box. I realised as soon as I bought the head that I didn't have a body. Yunsil did shirts, as did Kato, cost a fortune though. I just futzed the HT one and I was happy. It fits the OSK body better than the HT one.
 
well, here comes my first attempt at making my custom Indy a Last Crusade version.

Still needs lots of futzing, shirt and tie are a hell to futz, especially in the neck area.

Hope you guys still like it.
