Man, he looks great. Nice pics TonTon.

I wasn't going to collect any Episode 7 stuff, I thought the movie was totally forgettable. However, Han is making me re-think that decision.

Broke down and ordered from Hong Kong. Wouldn't do that for most any figure--first time for everything I guess.

I was thinking I could keep my original order and maybe sell this for parts down the line and make my money back but then I read a post of yours that nobody is gonna want parts from this figure. Might have to rethink that plan.

Dig the parka. Gauntlets are designed a little strange how they're suddenly huge.

TFA was just-okay and didn't stay with me, but "better than the Prequels" ain't nothing, brother.

Do what I do - think about this as an OT Han, just much older. Same with old Luke. It's kind of a cool "how did Luke and Han end up?" thing, and forget TFA.

This is exactly my take on these aged figures of my favourite characters of all time.

I have read countless scenarios of how their lives continued after Endor.
I don't need to view E7 as the deciding factor in owning them.
It's a fabulous incarnation of an aged Han Solo.
Simply a must own!

Luke: I am waiting to see what other costumes/figures might materialise going forward in regards to when I buy him.

Thanks for your thoughts and pictures, Ton Ton!

I think that last picture of Han in the coat looks great, but I agree that there's a chance the two fabrics touching will end up damaging each other in the long run (or even the short run!).

And I think you'll get your money back if you decide to keep your other order and sell him for parts. Maybe some people will want to make 2 Hans: one with parka and one without and will need duplicate clothes, who knows?

Not to be a contrarian, but I generally like the practice of quoting the pics. Calling out the pics again for recognition is a nice pat on the back (at least that's how I take it when mine are quoted). That said, there's probably a limit....particularly when its a whole page worth.

Wow! Some of these are bad. Some worse. A few have put way too much work in to make an expensive figure look good but all I see is this.

Not to be a contrarian, but I generally like the practice of quoting the pics. Calling out the pics again for recognition is a nice pat on the back (at least that's how I take it when mine are quoted). That said, there's probably a limit....particularly when its a whole page worth.

If there's one or two pics it's not a big deal, or if you're highlighting one pic among many, or if it's a few pages later, but it's awful when it happens with 10 photos directly underneath the originals.

On desktop, the board is designed to just display the URLs of the pics if the quoted pics were posted to the board directly. But on mobile they display again, and when they're hosted elsewhere it repeats the pics in full in both mobile and desktop.

Han is perfection pretty much. I'm just damn glad not every HT figure comes out like that. My wallet would be in pain. My girlfriend in a coma, and me selling my body for leia figures.

Are you conveying that this is what the hair of the sculpt looks like, or that the hair is going to melt over time?

Ok received my Chewy, unfortunately I don't see how I can upload pictures on the mobile site and my notebook is broken.

Anyway, my muzzle looks the same as most here. But with a lot of hand fuzzing I got some kind of Chewy that doesn't look too silly. Sometimes he looks like a lion still, but the overall portrayal with the brighter colors does look really nice in person.

However, if I hear that HT is correcting the snout during production, I will be asking for replacement. No question!

Interesting that from some angles his expression looks a bit less grump than from others.

From above it's got that angular determined grumpy look, I think the likeness suffers a bit at that angle.

But straight on some of the angry look to him changes to more of a serious slightly more open concerned look.

In some of the photos I took the focus is so shallow that even the furrowed brow is softened/blurred. So that's sort of deceiving/contributing to that.

I wish we found out those chewbacca were knockoffs. They look bad. Lol
