I have 3D modelling experience. I could create one if I were able to get my hands on dimensions for the lightsaber then just easily scale it down to 1/6.

EDIT: Managed to find a CAD model. I'll scale it down and upload it.

EDIT 2: The lightsaber is too small for the shape ways manufacturing process. There are parts on it that are just too slim to work.

EDIT 3: Okay, found another website. You can check out the lightsaber here. You can select whatever materials you like, such as aluminium.

Emitter ends are way too girthy and inaccurate.

Managed to snag a 12 inch Hasbro Maul for 6 dollars. It has a nice cloak, now to find a decently priced Sideshow Maul.

Got the Hasbro Maul with speeder for 15.00. Got myself a cloak and a possibly a speeder to display in the background. Works for me.

I picked one of these up recently from Legends Toys and Hobbies here in SoCal. I have not put it together yet but looks good in the packaging... Light up doubled bladed saber without having to have a stupid battery arm sounds too good to be true... I will take pics once I have a chance to play with it (it will be with legacy SS Maul though so excuse derpy expressions and failing body poses).

It it will be great to see pics.

Yeah, I want to see an in hand pic of the saber. Gonna look for a good priced speeder now.

Light-up Lightsaber -- I got one like this a long time ago and it was pretty poor. Not powerful enough to light much more than the base of the handle and a bit at the tip. Batteries died fast too being so small.

If you're after faint but "good enough" then it might work for night time play. But no way its going to be as bright as the HT light-up arms that have larger batteries and a separate compartment for them.

Think about the space required for the light source, electronics and batteries inside that little saber alone.

The hasbro speeders are not bad at all. Been working on mine recently too (when my job doesn't get in the way)

Starting to get pissed of with SS Support. Finally got a reponse from them, sent the guy more pics and explained the issues further. Been 3 days since I last heard from them with no confirmation of a replacement. Are the usually this terrible?
