Here are some shots of the Clan Leader. Definitely in my top 3 figures of 2016.

Saw the new 1/4 City Hunter in person yesterday. The mask looks like they just slightly smoothed some of the texture, and painted it a different colour. Still the same misshapen, inaccurate mess.

Mine arrived today. Overall it's nicely built but they still didn't capture the mask correctly somehow..

Not to mention their ridiculous choice of making parts of the right side of the mask a button. Resulting in cutlines and a slightly different colored patch. And of course, slighly weaker paint apps all across, as well as using a different plastic for the body that's less alive looking. All in all, half a step forward, three steps back.

I had the LED P1 Predator and the bottom was pretty seamless

It was perfectly done for P1, seeing as it has a protruding part that naturally has seams. The P2 mask doesn't have a section like that, so they decided to make the whole indented part of the mask's right side into a seamful button. Quite possibly the worst mechanical design decision I've encountered since I started collecting.

The mask is a sacred thing when it comes to predators. One does not simply mess with it. Let alone to merely incorporate a gimmick.

I was wondering why it looked like a separate piece when I saw it. I didn't remember the v1 having a seam there, and I wouldn't have thought they would make that the button. What a weird design choice.
