That's unfortunate, one of my first things was to swap the inner robe over the armour (maybe completely swap it for ANH robes if the pleats bug me) but either way I would have to redress him.

It can be done you just have to lift the inner robes up out of the belt

Love his gloves the best though..the one behind, think it's the ROTJ version ( not sure if it's the one that came out this year or the older one a few years back ) but those gloves look like oven mitts

RO Vader is definitely a lot shorter than the Sideshow Vaders, which is nice to see.

Not at all. Your preference is entirely up to you.

However, it would be wrong for one to think that the R1 Vader with the pleated tunic over the armor can also pass for an ANH Vader.

Wow. Seeing them side by side makes me even happier to have RO Vader on order. It doesnt have a bad angle and looks the most like a man in a suit to me. BRAVO HT!

SS ANH looks like Shaquille O'Neal in a Vader suit.

Eh, shouldn't be that hard to remove the stitching holding the pleats together. In fact I'm still wondering if the pleats were even in the movie; I tried looking for them but it was hard to make much of anything out.

I have a good quality HD RO Vader scene from YouTube in my library but I don't want to link it in case they take it down. Just search on YouTube under RO Vader scene, but it looks like they took the HD quality version down already
