To a degree. He'll have a pod or a battery pack of some sort covering his Johnson, just like it did in the comics. See the Bowen Designs Weapon X statue for a good example of what he'll look like as a statue.

I'd like the battery pack or pods. I want it to be as comic accurate as possible. However, now that I think about it. He's busting out of a tank that was full of fluids so he probably wouldn't be wearing a battery pack under those circumstances. He usually wore a battery pack whenever he was out of the tank and performing assigned tasks.

Now it has a competitor, IS

I give the edge to XM at the moment, in terms of concept art, but way too early to call this.
