Didn't know it myself until that question was actually asked some time ago Brainiac. :lol
I remember a similar situation with the AA Joker whether he had hands included or not.
Does he? :lol He'll probably be my last figure
Press seems to think DS will be a key player based on some recent mild comments BC made in interviews. Sure the Russos know there are many MCU fan favorites, so for me it's more of who is going to get major arcs in IW vs. just getting *some* screen time. Tho a little screen time can lead to more later.

Was going to PO DS fig, but not a huge BC fan, so then not. But U.S. doesn't get movie until Nov 4 - sux. Might change my mind after seeing the film.:impatient: Sounds like it'll be worth 3D IMAX. Looks like an incredible fig, tho.
Agreed, I would like to know more about the story and who gets major arcs, I'd like to see DS get one, and maybe the Guardians or Captain Marvel, but she probably won't be in the first, except for possibly a cameo.

I hope you change your mind, its a great looking figure :clap and yes I saw it in 2D and its amazing but I will see it again in 3D because a few people said it was worth it, its got a lot of cool effects and trippy scenes that would be very suitable for 3D :)

:goodpost:
I can't wait for everyone to see it :woo

Yeah, it's tough waiting and hearing other folks have seen DS! I sort of want to PO this anyway re reading about Steve Ditko and his art re the original comix - DS is kind of unique. Plus the costume and accessories look amazing - might be nice to have the "origin" DS no matter what happens in later films.

Sounds like I'm changing my mind back to getting this character. SS's PO looks pretty good too. But I will wait until I've seen the movie.

You make a good argument for yourself to order the figure :lol and I agree with you :rotfl

SS? Suicide Squad? You haven't seen Suicide Squad? :panic:

Debating PO this guy. Digging Aaron's run. Always liked Strange not a diehard fan though. Waiting to see the flick Thursday before I commit. Just worried I'll miss him and he'll go to Waitlist once movies hits stateside and I won't be able to use all my Spookfest RPs :(

Dude, Aaron's run has been absolutely fantastic so far. The first arc reminded me so much of Men in Black in a sense in the way a regular person finding out about the mystical world like how J did.

So I'm now sitting at $67 Rewards Point from a possible 71 available to date from Spooktackular, with possibly a few more left to go... and it's all going to go on this fella. The decision I'm going to have to make is whether I wait 50-55 days or so, which is how long it should take for Deadpool to reach me, and for his points to mature. That would give me about another $7, and then I'll have nothing in the bank until Iron Man Mark VI late next year..

There have been some good Strange comics in the past, but Aarons is so far by far the best. I'm so glad they want "classic" in the movie. It is a great looking figure

Watched the film yesterday. Bloody loved it! I've gone from Thinking, 'this is a great looking figure. I'm really thinking of getting it' to 'I must have this. Now'

I was hoping I wasn't the only person loving the Doctor Strange comic. It has been my first read every time it comes out.

LOL on the fig...Plus I see they added those discs for SS - I love all that magic stuff and the way HT is handling it, like with SW and the clear resin pieces. Wouldn't mind getting some resins and playing around to see if I could make flames and like that. Guess I'll wait until next year when I can do it outside tho re the fumes.:horror

Oops, what I meant was Sideshows' PO looked pretty good, guess I should use SSC not "SS". I mean, it's a long SSC PO and they're not asking 1/2 the figure price, really, like some POs. Easier on the wallet. But I haven't seen SS - lot of fans liked it. Trailers looked great. But I heard/read enough that I figured I could wait *shrug*:drink. It wasn't a "must see" for me in a theater (maybe more than once) like, say, Thor Ragnarok, Rogue One, and DS are. That's just me tho.

They are doing really well with the extras and effects, and I like the discs and Scarlet Witch effects too. It's easy enough to do the resin pieces if you want to make your own. I was going to do the same with the green discs but they included them anyway so no need. I'd like to make some of the other effects he uses in the movies but I won't be getting the figure sadly....

Oh my bad, I'm used to seeing SSC for Sideshow and SS for Suicide Squad :lol
Well PM if you want the movie, I can share it :)
SS = Suicide Squad/Sideshow/Sorcerer Supreme :wink1:
Haha :lol we're all to lazy to type the actual names

Is no one ever going to call Aaron out on the fact that his Doctor Strange run is THE EXACT SAME FREAKING STORY as his Thor run?
