I think that new Phicen body is just a little too large/ripped for Superman! Here's my SS gear on a HT Roadblock body with a KO BvS Henry Cavill headsculpt.

Lol. It's about size of terminator hot toys in pecks but more detailed than HT. The reason phicen kept legs slimmer is most muscle build clothes out their he wouldn't fit in.
But my superman in pics is hot toys body with sculpted on muscle. But the abs on HT sucks so I'm excited to swap bodies. The figure will have needed definition.

You folks who are using the hot toys TTM 20 or roadblock body, how are the sideshow boots fitting? Those hot toys ankles are huge.

Eh, you don't need an arnold body. Stock body, some epoxy sculpt and a few minutes of your time.

my question was how did those in this thread who do use a ttm20, zod, or roadblock body, how do they get the skinny sideshow superman boots on those thick hot toys ankles.
i bought some sideshow superman boots and couldn't even get them on a regular hot toys body, much less a roadblock or ttm20 body.

That looks great.
I heat them up then heat again and push that thing for to where jaws of life can't remove it.
Now you'll need milliput to bulk up the ankle peg. You'll need to trim boot at bottom tiny amt to get a better fit. I'm talking 1:16-1/8" at most.
Once epoxi is set 24hrs heat foot part of boot and pop into place.

There have been comparison pics but the mods have been deleting those posts almost immediately. there was a whole thread dedicated to the comparison but was deleted before anyone got it in hand

The main differences are the boot tops and the body. It's about an inch shorter and not as muscular. Only comes with one cape and one head. I posted pics but they got deleted.

The figure is actually smaller than the original. As someone mentioned on the other thread, the original picture is from a Sideshow. I pm'ed you the comparison picture someone posted. I was able to use that picture to get my money back.

Thanks guys, I saw the comparisons, yeah it's pretty terrible, but the HS and suit look somewhat salvageable.
I'm guessing the mods deleted the posts and threads because it concerned piracy.
I know we are not allowed to talk about it, but i was wondering if the person who posted those comparison images of that bootleg could PM them to me?

I do think it is important that people can see the issues, hiding it means people have a big chance of buying in error or making the wrong choice. It is a nice little kit but nothing more. It's been a while since I've been in this thread but this modification is FANTASTIC! If the Superman was originally like this I would have probably bought 2! I love it. The Voldemort figure that everyone is afraid to talk about is hilariously thin.

Doing the mod really made me love this figure. It's crazy that they could've just did like I did which is use the Batman body with new chest and forearms instead of making a whole new body that's much thinner than it should've beenSimilar threads
