I just ordered the Mark II Archive Set

Looks like there will be about 200 for non-attendees. But they seem to be going slowly enough that there may be some available to add to the non-attendee bunch after the Con. I am only speculating at this point, though. The ES is 2000.

200? the ppo is over right now, so traffic was probably very light. i'm thinking more like 750-1000. we'll see how fast they sell tomorrow. funny you can get MI and MIII in many places, but to complete the set, you'll need to ppo.

Mark I and III:

Each Iron Man helm is hand cast and hand painted.

Mark II:

Each Iron Man helm is hand cast, hand painted, and individually numbered.

So will only the Mark II have an edition number on the bottom?

I don't think so. It doesn't mention it, and that would likely push the price past $40.

I doubt they light up. They would have definitely played up that point. Interesting that to have the full set you have to go through SSC, just like the Museum Replicas pieces.

No, just painted.

I would get them if they did, which would make them super sweet, but they are too small. SSC specs say they are only 6" tall.

I'll be getting this on ebay for a good 15 bucks two months after sdcc, yes sir.

Answer: They don't light up, and they're small (6").
