Man, now with Titanus coming - not sure I'll bite on Chogokin. Lots amazing, but as Snake said - I'm kind of content with the Legacy version.

Do they make ESs for SOC?

Dude, I seriously don't know if I'm going after this after all of my hype now.

It's just hard for me to be this invested into the Legacy line to buy a suped-up version of what I already have at 5 times the price. It looks GORGEOUS, but this is rough for me.

It's just like the Jakks Big Fig vs. the other one Megazord (can't remember the name). I get 1.5 times - 2 times the size for 5 times (rough-ish, can't remember numbers) less the cost. And being displayed from afar I don't think I'll appreciate the detail as much as some would.

Yep. And (correct me if I'm wrong), but size is about the same as Legacy.

And I need to remember the helmet is coming too.

So must haves for me are: BG Titanus, Helmet, and Ninja Megazord. My legacy collection is so big I can't pass on those now.

SOG I think will be the odd man out.

Soul of Chogokin Megazord...

Man I was excited for this, I grew up on the original rangers crew but for 300 bucks I'm not sure I'm digging this. The Voltron reveal over the summer was a no brainer, plus the accessories and the poseability of the lions makes me feel like the 300 bucks is worth it. Besides the Rex and Sabertooth Tiger the zords are pretty much bricks in their own separate modes.

Just curious, for anyone that does regular collect SOC figures, you think there will be any chance they might make the movie version of the zords? From what I can gather they seem to be more invested in the old school robots more so than anything more modern.

I've pre ordered it because i want to have a play with it, but i feel in megazord mode it looks pretty bad. The individual zords ( bar the tyranno legs ) are pretty damn nice. And Tank mode looks great. But combined as the megazord i feel it looks weak. Proportions look odd, big feet, skinny thighs, big chest, tiny head. huge back canons

It should have been a mobile game. I likely won't be playing it for PS4/XBONE.

I do like that it has the logo stand. I'll just wait and see if it drops to $87 or so. titanus burned me from buying things during initial release

Feel the same way. The sculpt is great,but the finish on this hasn't sold me. Might be cancelling my PO and will just wait to get a 'proper' helmet when I have the money.

I can't in good conscious put out half a grand on a helmet. This looks good enough for display.

I'm sure these will drive the demand for those $500 helmets down. So I'd guess the props will be discounted a little more.

I'll probably end up buying this just for fun but definitely want a centerpiece prop helmet to display.
