Good news is that if we don't get codes anymore, most complainers and non-contributors will leave en masse.

Yeah get ready for people to gripe ALL day during spooktacular. It'll be another bloodbath of entitlement.

I don't participate. I've seen people complain that they won a free 1/6 figure and now they are ineligible to win one they wanted more.

I've never won anything.

Hopefully those of you that receive a code are able to get it to work.
I tried the one I received yesterday on numerous items it was eligible for to see if it was one particular item it was glitching on, but wouldn't work once I went to finalize my order.
I eneded up calling Sideshow and the CS was very helpful. She wasn't able to get the code to work either so she placed my order and had to enter the discount manually.

I wonder if all outgoing shipments will get a code, or will it be random like the cards used to be...

I have Rey coming next week and I wouldn't mind getting a code so I can place another order.

Hey Alex, could you please find out for me why on so many items you'll offer free US shipping as an incentive. Surely it would be fair to offer reduced international shipping on the same promotions by the same amount? I know you can't do free international shipping but a discount where free US shipping is applicable would be nice for those of us outside the US. International shipping on statues has doubled in the last few months. After all on top of the high shipping costs we also have to pay taxes, currency conversion fees, fedex charges, etc.

Also although those $25 codes for international orders are nice i've never used one because it's on stuff i already bought months ago or don't want. Points or a code we could use on anything would be an amazing gesture.

Almost every international customer is already receiving anywhere between a 15% to 30% discount on their ship costs for their items (even with the increase in ship costs a few months ago, it still has a discount applied to it). In some cases, cheaper flat rate shipping costs have been applied to items newly released on Pre-Order. Though Free international shipping is more than likely never going to be possible we do try to give many countries/regions a discount on their final shipping costs.

Also, the international codes were updated around a few months ago and are good on all promo and coupon eligible items (that would be all In-Stock and most Pre-Order items).

It's not entitlement when your stating your opinion. Simple fact is SS will lose all my business on non ex stuff . I was using the $20 off coupon to offset the CA tax , but no more coupons means I'll just look elsewhere

Well it is unfortunate that the codes are gone. Sideshow has every right to run their business as they like and I will continue to purchase exclusives from them. With that said, it is cheaper to get non-exclusive figures elsewhere. I did not get a code on my last purchase and even if i did, waiting for new codes when an order finally ships limits they amount i would buy. The codes helped but without them they are not as an attractive company.

My order from sideshow arrived today and it came with a $20 off code for pretty much everything they had on sale. It was the Hot Toys armored Batman figure.
So something to look forward to. Nothing's for free. Not even the codes lol

Please post if your code does work. Mine showed almost every item was eligible but wouldn't work on most figures.
I kept trying to apply it to items and found it finally would work with the same items the $25 pop up codes worked on.

Someone had the same problem and all they had to do was call sideshow and order it via the Phone and they'll apply the discount there

Just confirmed it with Knightmare Batman and Civil War Hawkeye, the code works and can be applied successfully
