The only codes that worked on pre-orders have been the monthly $20 codes or the $20 codes they shipped out with some people's orders in August.

I've never known a $25 code to work on a preorder, just slow sellers they're trying to get rid of.

My wife got a coupon for $50 off a couple months back, and it seemed to work for preorders like Ray w BB8 and HT Deadpool, though I ended up not using it to know for sure. Ripley was the only HT preorder I wanted, and it was ineligible.

Give the Bat Deluxe the same free shipping and % off discount as the regular and I'll buy it. Have almost $2k reward points to burn but to hell with paying the shipping to that....

It happened last year. We got RP codes mostly via email, except for a couple that went up on whatever social media account sideshow was trying to pimp out that year. Their were some weak sales, and a lot of complaining, and it all led up to the great popcultcha harvest on the last Friday of Spooktacular.

I think alot of people forget that Spooktacular is really meant to be an opportunity for Sideshow to showcase new items and have some fun with their customers. It's not really about the sales. We were spoiled two years ago due the insane overstocking and subsequent liquidation of a bunch of Hot Toys figures. There weren't much in the line of sales last year, but we did get some free rewards and there were alot of giveaways, it's just that they moved their focus to the various social media platforms that a lot of us do not use.

Would seem the days of being able to use coupon codes on pre orders are over. I think Sideshow is only doing sales on existing inventory at this point.
