That looks really good. Just a dip in water? I did that with my last one and the color ran out of it. Btw, I received my new one today and I'm very happy with it RavenEye.

The color will stay but will darken, others have done this using tea. Also when I did it I kept the hot toys revolver in the holster. I dipped it in and took it out after 5 seconds cause any longer it will become smaller. And after put it in cold water and shape the holster when it's damp after you let it dry on a towel. Hope this helps.

Yes it is. I actually customized mine I weathered the jacket to look more dirty.

Faux Leather, usually a plastic imprinted on fabric. How thick it is on the fabric is how long it'll last and not start to flake. Honestly I can get some REAL leather down to fabric thin with a supplier I know, but I would have to send to a tailor and with the leather and tailoring the price would be the same as Kato.

That is true but I believe people would be interested if they saw a prototype but even that costs alot to have made I would think.
