The odd thing about this whole Motuxmen business is, is that he was right about things like the Giant-Man, AT-ST, and Doctor Strange being at the show, and he was also right about the Rey figure being released soon. So it seems like he does have some inside information. His refusal to answer questions about him being there and, I guess taking screencaps from videos and passing them off as cell phone pics just makes it seem like maybe he had a few lucky guesses.

Really odd. And he hasn't posted here all day too.

Geez...just got on. This thread was just supposed to be a place for people not at the con to get pictures instead of having to dig around for them. Not referendum on if I know anything. As for there being "no evidence that I have any access to info....look I posted over a month before the con that the At-ST would be there. Before anyone else knew anything about it here. I posted that they would be doing Rey's speeder. That there would be a 1/6 Giant man display done as the airport battle scene. And yes, that they would have rogue one figures. I was wrong that the rogue one would be there. But is it more likely that things changed, that the person I got the info was wrong, that maybe it was miscommunication on her/my part (that it wasn't figures but costumes) or that I guessed and got 4/5 right over a month before the con? I said there was a rumor floating around about Spider-Man...but that it was just a rumor (could it be that the same person I got my info from, that was aware of the rest saw the cap with web and assumed?). I said there was talk about a Jedi Luke....could it be who I heard it from overheard talk about th new Jedi Luke cosbaby and thought it was a 1/6? Or that maybe thin the changed and after the multiple other new items they held back some stuff? I told people before the toy fair exclusives that a new 1/6 HPP suit would be shown..and listed three that where the options. Two of which actually made it into the promo pics with disco being the one put up for order. I said there would be a 1/6 redo diecast at acghk. Was that also just a guess? Also called that Doctor strange would be there nearly a month in advance.

Here's two of the posts that show what I said. Look at th dates. Was I correct on everything? No. But I also didn't say I was the one making the calls, but that this was info based on things I heard from my friends, and some of that info was based on things they heard.

In his defense Motux stated there would be an airport battle display with a 1/6 Giant Man long before the preview scan appeared online.

Of course if you're on 15 other forums that don't cross the streams I imagine you could get all kinds of advance information that you could pass along as your own.

That doesn't jibe with an insider.

Nor does his "me thinks" response when someone said that Vader looked to be surrounded by Jedi Luke and the Emperor when it was clear that it was DS Trooper and DS Gunner which had already been shown. IF he was there, wouldn't he be able to see it wasn't Jedi Luke and Emperor? I could tell in the pic posted. So why stoke the fires of hope if you truly have "inside knowledge"?

As a few others have pointed out, the event runs for another four days. They might put out new stuff over the next few days to keep the crowds going back.

Well, "attack" is a strong word and I don't see attacks nor insults. I see people questioning someone. And presenting evidence.

I didn't answer the question about if I was there because of whom was asking. On top of it being irrelevant to the point of the thread. There are people who look for opportunities to take shots. I've been asked to prove I have tattoos, to prove I have a collection, to prove this and that. No matter HOW it's answered it turns into an attack. The two things being talked about here are not linked. If I have access and if I'm at the con are two seperate issues. How exactly does answering, either way, give me credibility? And how exactly does not have anything to do with it? How many people here have shared photos from Twitter or Instagram or wherever? And I know, next is the whole "well they said they where from X" and no, that's not always the case. Yankee and hologram and dozens of others have done that in the last week. It has nothing to do with the "miscommunication" that Miller quoted. Was anyone at acghk on June when I shared the info? So does that have anything to do with being there now? NO. As for getting the info on other forums...really? Please, go ahead and show me what forum had that info. I don't belong to any other forums, but I'm sure I'll have to prove that to.
