Impressed with the camo version, hope the severed head is included.

No worries on the expression guys. These were pushed through for reveal this week. Articulation will be developed soon and the expressions will change at least on the regular version.

Also... The Thulsa head is not an exclusive... But it will not come with Conan either ;)

More info soon and if you come by the booth look for the tall bald guy with a beard and let me know who you are on the boards!

More info soon!!!

Looks like we might get a Thulsa too...

A Thulsa in armor would be fantastic as well as a warpaint Valeria. Does the head look a little large? It could be the photo or the pics but the body on the regular looks better than the warpaint to me, but figure they are the same. If I pick these up will probably have the hair swapped out.

Think I'll just stick with the epic 1/3 PCS statue.
That Ragnar figure to the left however..,oh yes.

I love Conan (who doesn't). When I buy figures I look for likeness and articulation. I think the likeness is VERY good, but you should go for another expression. Conan is a bit of a self absorbed maniac. A grin maybe??? Just something. The man is a psychopathic killer. He's never bored.
And could you (for the next show or pics) somehow articulate him? I-m scared stiff when the figures are just standing there. My first thought is "bad articulation." It's Conan. He should be able to do all sorts of stuff.
Joints - no joints. People are for and against. You guys chooser. For me, it's whatever gives the best articulation.
Thanks for the effort so far. This is the best 1/6 Conan yet. Are we getting a Red Sonja?

Man... These are some LOOONG days Haha - But it's a blast and its great to get to meet some of you in person!

Regular Conan WILL have an alternate expression.

The Father's Sword has been modeled.

These bodies do not have functioning articulation at this stage.

Conan's hair is in 4 pieces and has a layered effect to add realism

Thulsa Doom is in development now!

Anyone interested in a Temple Doom with an alternate snake head? That's not a hint - honestly looking for feedback. Thanks!

And lastly - I will confirm here for our fans in general - not to Conan specifically - we are developing our own female body.

Thanks Freaks!!!!

All great news!!

Snake head is cool but I would never display him with it. But Diom himself I can't wait for.

Will Conan come with any themed base?

I hope the added articulation will not cut into the beautiful sculpted body you have developed.

Lastly, please please make him at a good price point!

All great news. I'm in for everything.

I'm glad the expression is getting changed, but also mildly disappointed. It looks like you simply used a shrunken version of your Terminator bust for this and added different hair. I had thoughts of maybe getting a few extras for custom Terminators.

Great news. Again, articulation over body. These are figures, not statues. They should be able to move. I know it's hard cause he is half-naked, so a lot of exposed joints, but I would rather have that, than a body that can hardly move cause it will break. No interest in Snake head.

It will not be an extreme expression. Simply more angry.

The face was adjusted to match him in Conan as he had a slightly fuller face.

Great news!
Looking forward to having a Conan in my collection!

So, just to get this right: the camo version will come with the expression shown at the SDCC, and the regular version will have a different expression?

You should look into Neca. You can have all of the ugly exposed joints and you play with the figures as much as you want to.

There are certain joints I hate - ball-joint heads for example (I don't like them but I tolerate them if I have to) - but if this is indeed an action figure...surely you've got to expect there to be joints. The alternative is a rubber muscle body and those aren't exactly built to last.

I think most people will want articulation that favors the presentation of the figure and tries to minimize unsightly joints. Like I said earlier, Arnie's most distinguishing feature is his body, and to have a figure that fully models and embrace that is awesome. I would hate to see that mucked up with unsightly joints just so we could pose him a little better. 1/6 figures emphasize realism over playability, and most poses on a plastic body look unnatural due to an inability to contort and stretch the muscles of the body. I would favor more articulation for a Battle of the Mounds Conan or a Temple Serpent attack Conan, both of which would be more covered.

I would be happy with MMS117 style articulation, maybe even ditching the ab joint.

1. I'm super excited about Thulsa Doom, but want his armoured look, so the snake head would not make sense anyway.

2. What the 1:6 market desperately needs is a generally available tall female body. A lot of scifi/fantasy actresses are very tall, yet the bodies are sized around a few short actresses. Sandhal Bergman (Valeria) was 5' 10" or so if I recall. Hot Toys finally did a tall body for Captain Phasma.

This was my favorite outfit he wore in the film.

Any plans on doing that one? And Thulsa Doom????? No frickin way. Awesome!! :rock
