I wasn't paying attention to this one before, but those pics really make it look excellent. Hopefully (well, my brain says hopefully, my wallet disagrees) the macro shots will look just as good.

yeah, i really wish it was feasible to display these figures with their lights always on. i doubt technology will ever get to that point though. at some point i imagine the lights would just stop working and need to be replaced.

what i'd really love to see are figures with light features that could be controlled via remote. that way, when i come home, and plop down on my couch, i can grab the remote, turn my figures on and off easily without having to open up my cases or anything. this figure would be perfect for something like that because of how much life the lights bring to it.

Yeah, as much as the lights on this figure are probably what would give it life, I never put and leave batteries in my figures, lest leakage. It's never worth it to me because the only time I would really ever turn on the electronic features would simply be to show and tell people for 5 seconds, "Hey look, it does this too."

i love that the eyes are embedded into the sculpt. it definitely adds some depth.

Did someone say they were making an Ultimate Ultron (the final version from AoU) or was that just rumor?

i believe it's a rumor.. but i can't see them not doing one.
