I doubt it. At least not anything that would be visible while clothed.

I would agree the same would happen to Kylo, given that Kenobi's scars from Dooku are also hidden.

I'm wondering if Finn will need some cybernetics, the slash was along his spine. If there was any paralysis he could get some robot action going.

I think that would be pretty cool. That's a concept I always liked. A disabled character made stronger by some prosthetic.

Starkiller? Yes, he isn't canon. But Vader took blows from Commander Karbin among others.

If you read all of the confirmed info we have on Kylo and his lightsaber/helmet/clothing it seems pretty obvious that he will have a new wardrobe. It may not be significantly different though. Both JJ and Driver have spoken about how his robes are cut and tattered in areas. If he is going to "complete his training" you would have to imagine he will have a new look. As far as his helmet goes, it could just be a more polished non damaged iteration of his TFA helmet.

I think we'll see a new look for Kylo. More of an evolution than a complete redesign. Based on what he wants to become I could see his helmet move a little closer to resembling Vader's.

Or he'll look almost exactly the same.
