Must be the angle of the photos because nothing is broken and the cape is set as deep as it will go. :confused:

I don't really have a way to get up that high to take a side pic and don't relish the idea of taking it down again. I just got it last week. It has been on flex since last year.
I just compared it to the pics on the website. I seem to have the belt a little too far to the figure's right. Plus my camera angle is really odd in comparison. Not sure. Nothing is cracked or broken though.
 
Ok, i found something to stand on to take some more pics. I also adjusted the belt a bit. I think that was what was making it seem off. Let me know what you think now. Looking at the one on the website, if you look long enough, his body is doing something weird to begin with...his upper torso is turned one way while his lower body is turned the other. I don't think they made enough "twisting midsection" in between. So depending on where you place the belt, he is doing really weird things to make that pose.

Just got an email from Hobbylink Japan. They are having a big sale and have this statue currently for $320. Not sure what their S&H charges are, I wasn't able to finish the check out on my phone.
