Yeah, hopefully. Since the beginning of these, they've had a few problems with them and they've wanted to do everything to make sure these were perfect, I guess. So maybe these will finally release this year. I have no interest in any of the statues. I just collect 1/6 figures.

I agree with you on that. The last updates they gave on the FB page were in December and they were just unpainted factory samples. And don't even bother about asking for any updates on the page because nobody ever responds.

On the other forum there is an interview with My Collectible World in which Jerry stated that the SOA 1:6 figures are in tooling in China. Once they receive the final samples back they would photograph and do the pre-order based on those rather than a prototype.

"I decided to not use prototypes for the pre-sale as since we are new to 1:6 I want customers to see actual final production pieces before pre-ordering"

Pretty cool in my book if that's true. Anyway, I'm just glad that this is still in the pipeline and hasn't been dropped. I saw the prototypes previously at Wondercon and was pretty jazzed, they looked good. I need some SOA on my shelf, was almost tempted into picking up some mezco figures. Would be cool if they had something to see at this year's Wondercon in a couple of weeks.
