Maz tells Rey that the "belonging" she seeks is ahead of her, not behind her, to which Rey immediately replies "Luke." Then when Kylo Ren captures Rey he probes her mind and chastises her for having imagined an ocean and an island. After BB-8 completes the map to Luke Skywalker it leads her to...an island on an ocean.

Kylo Ren saw Jakku in Rey's mind, then saw *Luke's island* but assumed that the ocean was just her way of coping with the desert, rather than an actual vision from the Force. He was too caught up in mocking her to realize that if he fixated on that mental island of hers he might have found exactly what he was looking for.

I hope they don't bring the dance lightsaber fights back. The fight in TFA was great because it felt like two people actually trying to kill each other, none of that flying, jumping **** from the prequels.
