I have seen a couple where the other leg had an issue , but not the peg foot. They probably just did not put enough adhesive on yours.

the other leg? how so? any pictures?
Mine was completely off when I got my EX(I could still display him like that though and did for a few days):lol. Replacement body was obviously repaired by them from another foot issue as it has a bunch of extra goop at the seam and had a slight hover. I did not accept that one and on my 3rd try got a good one. I did not hear anyone else having issues though.

Wow, you broke the metal support rod too? What happened? You would need to rewire it and epoxy it back together, not impossible, but at least it would not show.

I have some extra parts for this piece I am selling, but my spare body also has some breaks(though not on the main foot).

I was putting it into the base and I guess the foot peg needed to be sanded down so I forced it down to hard. The metal rod did break.

Wow, you must have REALLY wanted him to go in that base:lol That is going to be the hardest of the appendages to fix, but if the rest of him is ok it would be worth the effort.

@guys who display saruman in open air

do you have a feeling that the fabric gets darker over time? How to clean him properly? been using a lint roller so far

Light will be biggest factor for fabric darkening...unless you add cigarette smoke and greasy cooking in the air...

So I finally got around to fixing the foot on mine I took two nails and hot glued them to the foot and the leg and then I wrapped twine around the leg and foot and hot glued the twine down and then covered all the twine in epoxy.
