Wow, this is wrong on sooooooooooooo many levels... The flamethrower's design alone is incredibly stupid.

I bet it's hard on you when you can't get many to agree with you

the Flametrooper looks like something that came from the OT universe, which is already better than the look of most anything in the PT.

New troopers are modern and edgy, which is the complete oposite of "came from the OT universe".
PT clone troopers are old school and very starwarsy looking.
It's really not "cool" when nostalgia kills logic and makes you blind.

The new Stormtroopers are hardly "edgy", they barley even strayed from the original design. I feel the only ones who let nostalgia kill logic are the ones who piss on anything that's new.

I really cannot stand clone troopers, they just look over thought and like they were trying too hard with the design.

Stormtroopers made the original star wars for me. the opening scene on tantive IV with them blasting the doors and storming the corridor set the tone for the whole movie and is my favorite scene in star wars-ever.

the new guys i can give a chance, they 'look' better than clone troopers and a bi more of a natural progression from the OT stormtrooper. infact i could see myself down for a few of the figures, it just depends on how the movie pan out and if its as good as i think it may be.

I thought about it, it would be a "I can't figure anything else for this" idea, I was hoping to get some kind of super long stream with a middle stand to hold it up. I do have a Bandai Tamashii Godzilla figure that came with a flame breath that would work as filler as well for now, but it doesnt looke like actual flame at all. Thank you for the idea though! Those might actually look really good on his base....
